WHO ACTUALLY OWNS THE PAINTING?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the Collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. This is in addition to purchasing the original.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

If the artwork is featured and reproduced in a magazine, blog or other media I ask for credit and recognition for the artwork.

When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting. Some collectors choose to purchase rights to reproduce the artwork to ensure it never becomes a print and stays one of a kind. I am happy to discuss this if you would like.

RETURN POLICY

My hope is all collectors are satisfied with their artwork, each piece is unique and created with various materials. I work hard to create each piece with patience, care and attention to detail. Please read descriptions closely and pay attention to colors in the listing photos. I attempt to capture the true color of each piece, but colors may vary slightly in person from digital to real life.

All sales are final, except for a few situations with circumstances outside control
